To celebrate the inaugural opening of IIDE in Brussels, an exclusive evening will be held on the 15th of November from 6:00pm onwards catered by Michelin Star Chef, from Amsterdam, Rogier van Dam. Rogier will create mouth watering canapés to accompany a variety of wines and drinks. Guests will be able to enjoy exploring the interiors whilst our waiters circulate the rooms, offering a culinary taste sensations.  

In collaboration with Rogier van Dam, IIDE will showcase Silent Pool Gin. Rogier will integrate the gin into his renowned dishes.

French technique and Dutch ingredients blend seamlessly. Chef Rogier van Dam cooks big with pure and innovative cooking. He pulls from Dutch flavours like mackerel and jenever, and makes his own sausages and hams.
