"We would like to point out that we are both happy that we have joined forces and have been able to set up J.PHINE, with an incredibly beautiful new concept in the interior, which inspires us both from the customer and from a completely new way of thinking."

Natasja Molenaar honed her craft at HMC College in Rotterdam where she indulged her love for wood, furniture and interior design. Following her graduation, she was hired by Studio Piet Boon and spent the next six years collaborating on diverse international projects. In 2010, she made the decision to open a new chapter of her life and went freelance. Time and time again, her work results in stunning interiors that bear the personal stamp of the client.

'Transforming ideas into interiors is different for every project. I love the challenge of harmonising the individual wishes and needs of the client with the existing characteristics of a property. And create a space the client truly feels at home.'

Nannette van der Vooren studied interior architecture and graphic design at the Academy of Art & Design in Kampen. She subsequently attended the Artemis Academy in Amsterdam where her interdisciplinary background informed her approach to creating concepts for interior spaces. In 2015, following an eight-year vocation at Studio Piet Boon – where she collaborated on many international projects – she made her first foray as an independent interior architect.

'I believe that the real beauty in life is connected and harmonised by design and refinement. From feeling the warmth of a cappuccino – made with love and served in an exquisite cup – to immersing oneself in gorgeous surroundings so we can fully enjoy these moments.'
